SELLING A PROPERTY
The legal work involved in Selling a property is also known as Conveyancing and it involves the work carried out by a solicitor in order to Sell a property. Our clients include, Executors, people trading up or down as well as residential buy to let investors.
The work includes reviewing the title deeds or documents (the paperwork showing the chain of ownership of the property and it usually includes planning documents); preparing a Contract for Sale (the terms and conditions governing the sale or purchase of the property prepared by the Seller’s solicitor); dealing with the Bank, Estate Agents and the solicitor for the purchaser.
