SWITCHING MORTGAGES OR RE-MORTGAGING
Many property owners see the value in saving money on their current mortgages by Switching lenders or Re-mortgaging. We will complete all the legal work in relation to Switching mortgages for you in a professional and efficient manner. The work includes requesting your title deeds or documents (the paperwork showing the chain of ownership of the property and it usually includes planning documents) from the Bank you have your current mortgage with; reviewing the title deeds or documents, dealing with your new Bank and or mortgage broker. When we receive the mortgage money from your new Bank, we will pay off the current mortgage on the property with the money and then register the new mortgage in the Property Registration Authority. When the registration of your new mortgage is complete, we are required to return your title deeds to the Bank for safekeeping.
