Meet Our Team – Gillian Farrelly
Gillian joined Tracey Solicitors in 2000 and is now our Operations Manager.
Before becoming Operations Manager, Gillian was our Receptionist and went on to qualify as a Legal Executive bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team. She uses her extensive experience in Operations to lead the team in areas such as, HR, recruiting, team management, office managing and is instrumental in facilitating cross functional collaboration of teams within Tracey’s.
She does so with the goal of creating the best in class systems, processes and team to create the best possible client experience and ensures the smooth running of the company on a day to day basis.
What Gillian likes most about working here at Tracey Solicitors are the people in the office that she supports each day – knowing that her job not only has an impact on other team member’s growth but in turn ensures the clients are always top of mind.
Gillian loves being able to solve problems to make Tracey Solicitors a better place to work for its employees and a better place to seek legal advice for clients.
When not in the office Gillian enjoys to go for afternoon tea with family and friends. She also loves to keep active by going for walks, heading to the gym and practicing yoga.
